These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stone Cut application and platform. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Stone Cut is a business workflow application for stone, marble, and countertop companies. It is used to manage orders, measurement, review, cutting, polishing, installation, media, signatures, users, companies, and archives.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Company Owners
Company owners are responsible for their company workspace, including the team members they create, the roles they assign, and the data entered by their team.
4. Roles and Team Permissions
Access to features and data is controlled by role-based permissions. You agree to use only the access granted to your role and not to attempt to bypass company or role boundaries.
5. Acceptable Use
- All media and signatures you upload must be lawful and you must be authorized to upload them.
- You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
6. Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the order, customer, and company data you enter and for having the right to store it.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ideabat / Stone Cut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service and request account or company deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
